The Montecito Sanitary District is looking to hire an experienced Engineer. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Associate Engineer will perform engineering and technical work involving the design, investigation and construction of projects in the wastewater field including pipelines, lift stations and wastewater treatment plant replacement, rehabilitation and improvement projects; prepares and plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of projects; inspects construction projects performs a full range of construction contract administration duties. The Associate Engineer will assist the General Manager with budgets, engineering studies, development plan review, community relations presentations to the District’s Governing Board.
