This application is  necessary for all Property Improvement Projects within Montecito Sanitary District Boundaries. For ADUs, please go to the ADU Application.
When all information has been provided, click the submit button.
Please provide all required documents for plan review:

• Project Cover Page
  • Include total fixture count.
  • Include square footage per building.
• Existing and Proposed Site Plans, including:
  • Architectural/Floor Plans
    • Include fiixtures, rooms, square footage.
  • Utilty Plans
    • Include sewer lateral(s) and sewer main(s).
    • Pump System Specifications.
  • Grading/Topography Plans
  • Demolition Plans
  • Landscaping Plans

Include District Easements on ALL plans.
