The District employs a General Manager as the chief executive.  The General Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the District.  The District's management staff also includes a District Administrator, an Operations Manager, an Engineering Manager, and a Laboratory/Pretreatment Manager.  The District currently has 17 full-time employees, with 1 part-time employee.
