Director Kerns has served on the Board of Directors of the Montecito Sanitary District since 2009. He has served on each of the committees and as president of the board during 2013 and 2014. He has worked in the oil and gas industry for about 40 years working for a multi-national corporation, medium size corporations and co-founding a small business starting in 1999 that has operated in CA for 20 years. He has served as president of the Montecito Chapter of Rotary International and the San Joaquin Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute. He is a registered Professional Engineer.

Montecito Sanitary District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Montecito Sanitary District
