Director Newquist was elected to the Board in November 2018.
He has served on the Montecito Fire Protection District, Montecito Association, Montecito Historical Archives, Sansum Diabetes, Alzheimer's Association, Murphy Auto Museum, and is president of Antique Automobile Club of America, Santa Barbara region. Director Newquist is an Army Veteran.
He has founded several ventures in the fields of computer retailing, video, solar and for the past 24 years owner of Mission Villa, an Alzheimer's facility.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Montecito Sanitary District
