Please fill out and upload the below Cerification Request Form.
This form is necessary to begin the Permit Process.
Provide the following for plan review:

• Project Cover Page
• Existing and Proposed Site Plans
  • Include proposed/exisitng sewer lateral and sewer main
• Grading Plans
• Landscaping Plans

Include District Easements on ALL plans, if applicable.
If plan size is larger than 15 MB, send to permits@montsan.org
