Director Edwin Martin was appointed to the Board on September 16, 2022 to fill a vacant Board seat
Edwin and his wife Josie have been proud Montecito residents since 2002.
Edwin received his B.A.. in Political Science/Economics from UCLA before earning his Juris Doctor from USC. Since 1966, he has practiced law in the fields of railroad litigation, toxic litigation, constitional law and other various aspects of civil law. Edwin strives to use his professional experience to support the Montecito community in the advancement of recycled water and effciently govern the District's operations.
